Daywize offers additional functionalities to automate HR processes on top of those already available in HR & Salaris Online, including:

Some of these functionalities are explained in more detail below.
Extensive workflows
“Extensive workflows” involve, among other things, the automatic generation and signing of contracts. Workflows are used to automate HR processes. All parties involved receive an action from their own login in the workflow. Examples include:
- providing company resources;
- compiling and signing contracts;
- assessing applicants in the recruitment module;
- starting and following up on the interview cycle.
Employees can also upload or provide documents themselves and request training courses, which other colleagues can then assess or activate.
Recruitment
Vacancies can be created and published on the (careers) website from the ‘recruitment’ module. Applicants are then directed straight to Daywize. Daywize itself features a clear dashboard where all open vacancies and applicants can be monitored.
Onboarding
The ‘onboarding’ module offers the option of automating the onboarding process. This allows employees to:
- take a (virtual) tour of the company in advance;
- meet their colleagues;
- obtain information about where to pick up their laptop or lease car;
- find out what is expected of them during the initial period of working with their manager and colleagues.
Everything you consider important in the onboarding process can be recorded and followed up.
Job classification
In the job classification system, the following can be specified for each job profile:
- the objectives of a job;
- the duties involved in a job;
- the result areas of a job;
- the qualifications and training required for the job;
- the competencies associated with the job.
Discussion cycle
For professional organizations, results and competency development are important. By recording agreements and following up on them in the ‘discussion cycle’ module, it is possible to actively steer towards results and development. Assessment is based on the job description and the job structure.
360-degree feedback
The ‘360-degree feedback’ module makes it possible to request feedback and compare your self-reflection with the input of others. This can be done, for example, on the basis of a current or possible future job profile, your own questionnaire, or other non-binding feedback moments. Among other things, it is possible to request feedback from customers, partners, or suppliers.
Training
The ‘training courses’ module provides an overview of the training courses that employees can take in a single online catalog. Once an employee has registered for a training course, their manager can approve it. After completion, the training course is automatically added to the employee's e-portfolio. This provides real-time insight into the status of training courses and automatic notification of certificate expiration dates.

Free forms can help you easily request information from employees and then process this information efficiently. These free forms can be used for a wide range of purposes.

Daywize brings all your HR processes together in one place, from leave and absence management to recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and training. The integrated environment makes it possible to identify patterns and make strategic decisions. In this training course, we'll guide you through the various functionalities of Daywize all at once or by zooming in on specific features.
HR dashboard
You can choose to visualise data from Daywize in an HR dashboard, giving you a clear overview of which actions need to be taken within the HR department and which developments can be anticipated. As a result, there's no need to analyse granular information across separate systems or to create periodic reports manually.
