FD Ricambi specialises in parts for classic Fiat models. The company was originally founded by a classic car enthusiast who discovered how difficult it was to source the right parts for a Fiat 500. Spotting an opportunity in the market, he decided to start the business.
More than 15 years later, the founder decided to sell FD Ricambi to arrange his succession and to free up time to start a new, small-scale venture together with his wife.
Two entrepreneurs joined forces to acquire the specialist parts company, with de Jong & Laan advising and supporting them throughout the purchase process.
