Based on the eco premium you applied for in the combined statement 2025, the budget for the eco premium in 2025 is significantly exceeded. To still distribute as much eco premium as possible, a portion of the budget for the basic premium will be used for the eco scheme.
Due to this transfer, less budget is available for the basic premium 2025. Consequently, you are expected to receive the minimum agreed amount for the basic premium: € 158 per ha (basic premium ‘more than 40 ha’). For the first 40 ha, you will then receive approximately € 200 per ha.
Despite the transfer, it is expected that there will still be insufficient budget for the eco premium. You will then face a budget cut of up to 10%. You will not receive the standard amounts for ‘Bronze’, ‘Silver’, and ‘Gold’ (€60, €100, €200 per ha), but a lower amount. These amounts are at least €54, €90, or €180 per ha.
In 2026, more budget is likely to become available for the basic and eco premium. This means you will probably receive a higher amount of basic premium in 2026, along with the standard eco premium amounts for ‘Bronze’, ‘Silver’, and ‘Gold’.
