Flemish packaging group Foresco has acquired Lelystad-based Be-Pall, a leading company specialising in the sorting and repair of wooden pallets. During the acquisition process, Be-Pall was supported and advised by de Jong & Laan. With this acquisition, Foresco has further strengthened its position as a leading provider of wooden pallets, export packaging and pallet recycling in the Benelux.

Be-Pall is a family business with more than forty employees, including both sons of the managing director and majority shareholder, who will remain involved after the acquisition. Based in Lelystad, the company has been trading and producing pallets, boxes, crates and glass stillages for over 25 years. The business will continue to operate from its current location.
