Landwoud

Landwoud is a hands-on investment company focused on generating long-term returns that invests in established manufacturing and trading companies with a proven track record. Its current portfolio is mainly active in the plastics and metal sectors in the northeast Netherlands.

In the past, Landwoud already invested in Polytech Kunststoffen (Musselkanaal), Galvano Hengelo, Non Ferro Gieterij Oldenzaal, and Metaalbewerking De Vries (Hardenberg).

Landwoud is part of the Schoonderwolf Groep, whose origins lie in companies supplying extruded plastic profiles to the construction sector, such as Heering Kunststof Profielen in Dedemsvaart.

Acquisition

With previous acquisitions, Landwoud has shown itself to be an entrepreneurial and committed investment partner. Unlike many other investment companies, which typically pursue an exit after a few years, Landwoud focuses on the long term and has no intention of divesting the companies it acquires. Thanks to this long-term vision and hands-on approach, Landwoud is well positioned to take Seine Metaal to the next level.

With the acquisition, Landwoud broadens its existing metalworking activities and adds customer sectors.
