De Jong & Laan advised and supported two members of management, Arthur Braam and Ruben Jeuring, in acquiring the shares from the former managing director and majority shareholder.

Ik ben Ruud Bossink en ben sinds 2020 actief als overnameadviseur binnen de Jong & Laan. Samen met mijn team begeleid ik ondernemers bij fusie- en overnamevraagstukken. Board members acquire equity stake

In recent years, day-to-day operations at Multi Profiel had already been handed over to Arthur (Commercial and Marketing Manager) and Ruben (Operations and Sales Manager). This transition allowed the managing director and majority shareholder to step back and gradually reduce his involvement in the company.

Under the leadership of Arthur and Ruben, Multi Profiel finds itself in a great position to continue growing and professionalising, particularly in automation and the expansion of its dealer network.
