The corporate finance advisers of de Jong & Laan carried out a due diligence investigation into LENS Business Software and L&P, focusing on finance, taxation, IT and employment law. Within the financial scope, the review included validating the historical financial results, reviewing the acquisition balance sheet and determining the normal level of working capital. With regard to tax and employment law, the position of the company in relation to its tax obligations and employment legislation was assessed. The IT review examined the current IT structure and the resilience and future viability of the system.
