Our strategy and ambitions contribute to the sustainable development of both our clients and our employees. We firmly believe that by focusing on both, we move forward together with the same goal in mind: Getting your organisation ready for the future. On this page, we walk you through our five ambitions for 2025 and how we’re working to achieve them.

Strategy & ambitions

We’ve set five ambitions on our road to 2025:

  • Brand & awareness: we’re a nationwide accountancy and advisory firm, recognised as a forward-thinking, versatile partner that helps organisations move ahead. We lead the way and take a slightly different approach, as a firm clients and employees want to be part of.
  • Scale & growth: we’re targeting revenue of €175-200 million. We’re growing both autonomously and through our buy & build strategy. While we’ll also grow our team, that growth will be proportional, supported by smart processes, business models, and IT solutions. We are data-driven, with a human touch.
  • Quality & learning: we act decisively and stay curious, as you’d expect from a progressive organisation. At the same time, we care deeply about quality and personal development.
  • People & resources: the added value of our people is clearly visible. They carry our culture – a culture that appeals to both clients and emerging talent, whether or not they come from the accountancy world. Alongside attracting new colleagues, we’re also committed to retaining our current professionals. We invest in inspiring leadership and prioritise greater diversity within our organisation.
  • CSR & sustainability: as an organisation, we feel increasingly connected to the world around us. In addition to working on this ourselves, we support our clients in greening their operations.
