The Executive Board of de Jong & Laan consists of Jurgen van Breukelen (CEO), Jaap Witteveen (COO), Andrea van der Giezen (CQO), and Marco Herder (CFO).
Together with the business support departments, they work from the head office in Vroomshoop towards one shared goal: developing the organisation and supporting the branches in providing services of the highest level to our clients.
Each branch is led by a branch manager and a responsible partner. To make the best use of knowledge and capacity, the branches within each region work closely together.
In line with our organisation’s size and current regulations (as set by the NBA Taskforce for the Future of the Accountancy Profession), we are supported by a Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board oversees our policies, financial health, risk management, and overall operations, while also serving as a sounding board for key organisational decisions.
In 2022, our organisation secured an investment from Waterland, an independent international investment firm. This strategic investment supports our growth ambitions and enables us to broaden and further enhance the quality of our services. With Waterland’s involvement, our organisation is well-positioned to continue evolving in the years ahead.
Area of operation
Under the de Jong & Laan label and several endorsements, we are located in the north, east, center, and west of the Netherlands. From more than 25 offices with over 1,300 employees, we offer full-service accountancy and advisory services.
