Van Beelen Netten is a family business with a history of more than 100 years. It all began with fishing nets that had to withstand the weight of huge catches and the force of the sea, and the company has built up extensive knowledge and expertise over the years.
Today they supply nets for a wide variety of applications, including:

- theatre nets
- crop protection nets
- off-shore safety nets;
- sports nets;
- protective nets;
- and more.

The company enjoys a strong market position and solid reputation both in the Netherlands and internationally. De Jong & Laan carried out a valuation to help determine the price of the shares to be transferred.
Based on this valuation, a majority stake in Van Beelen Netten was transferred to two investors.
