Bus Industrial Tools and Lashuis Haprotech are both specialists in welding-related products, and with the acquisition Bus Industrial Tools is also set to obtain several importer and dealership rights. This allows Bus Industrial Tools to serve its customers even better with a broader product range.
Not the first time
In addition to supporting this acquisition, we also assisted Bus Industrial Tools with the takeover of Geha and with the development of the recently completed high-tech Logistics Centre in Zwolle.
