Acquisition by CED
A suitable partner was found in the Dutch-rooted company CED. The wider CED Group employs around 2,500 people across 12 European countries and provides its clients with full-service claims management: from valuations, risk inspections and emergency assistance to personal injury claims handling, in-kind recovery and recourse.
CED has strong ambitions for growth and aims to become the European market leader in claims management. Alongside expansion, innovation and future-proof digitalisation are at the heart of its strategy.
Rutger (CED): By combining the best of both worlds, we can make our services even more efficient and of higher quality.
Bente Admiraal, partner at Veduma: “For Veduma it is crucial that the interests of our clients and employees continue to be safeguarded. To enable further growth and secure the continuity of our services for the future, we sought to collaborate with a strong partner.”
According to Rutger Spek, managing director at CED, the two organisations are an excellent fit. Moreover, he expressed his delight that Veduma’s current owners have all committed themselves to CED for the longer term. “By combining the best of both worlds, we can make our services even more efficient and of higher quality.”
