Through this acquisition, managing director and majority shareholder Alfred Beekman expanded his company with around 60 employees and 43 tractor units, while further strengthening the extensive network through which Beekman provides its own 24-hour delivery service.

Wetra EDC is a transport company based in Nieuw-Amsterdam that specialises in Benelux distribution of oversized goods as well as distribution to Germany. Its distribution centre is located directly on the A37, providing fast connections to northern and eastern Europe.

Beekman Transport is a well-established logistics service provider headquartered in centrally located Apeldoorn. The organisation serves around 300 clients across the Benelux and Germany.
