Staffing agency Marquette Detachering was founded in 2005 and has since become a key player in the eastern Netherlands, focusing primarily on technical and production roles. At the time of sale, Marquette employed around 900 people.

By becoming part of Flexfactory, Marquette aims to:

Buy & build strategy

The French Actual Leader Group aims to become a leading player in the Dutch staffing market through a buy-and-build strategy. It recently acquired a stake in Flexfactory, which includes the companies Fides Uitzendgroep, Seesing Personeel, Match4U and Aelbers Flexibele PersoneelsDiensten.

With the acquisition of Marquette Detachering, the Flexfactory workforce has grown to more than 4,000 employees. Across the French Actual Leader Group, the total number of employees is around 120,000.
