Bringing in external support can be a great help, but it usually comes with costs. Not if you make use of the SLIM subsidy! By engaging an HR advisor, you can have up to 80% of the costs reimbursed.

We're happy to help. Our action plan consists of three phases:

  • Phase 1: Development scan
  • Phase 2: Action plan
  • Phase 3: Implementation

In the development scan we assess opportunities for your people to develop within their current roles in your organisation.

In the action plan we'll work out the actions required to fill the development need, with:

  • Strategic, tactical, and operational advice;
  • A concrete, bespoke action plan.

In the implementation phase, we'll support you in carrying out identified actions as a project leader, expert, and/or coach as needed.
