Get ready for the CSRD!

This directive primarily applies to large companies that meet at least two of the following three criteria:

  • balance sheet total >€25 million
  • revenue >€50 million
  • >250 employees

The reporting requirement takes effect from the 2025 financial year, meaning the information must be included in the management report in 2026. An audit opinion is required, so timely coordination is essential.

However, smaller companies will also face questions from within the supply chain. Your clients who are required to report will reach out to you for information about your sustainability practices. Why? Because the CSRD makes companies responsible for reporting across their entire value chain.

For large listed companies, reporting is already mandatory for the 2024 financial year, so it’s very likely that you’ll already receive information requests this year.

What to expect:

You’ll get a clear overview of:

  • CSRD requirements
  • The impact on your business
  • The opportunities that arise from it
  • The role of your accountant

Make sure to join us on Tuesday April 23 from 14:30 to 15:30 to get fully up to speed on the CSRD and its impact on your business.
