De Jong & Laan courses;

De Jong & Laan accepts no liability for incomplete or incorrect information provided.

Registration

The employer/participant can register for de Jong & Laan courses via the online registration form on the de Jong & Laan website. By correctly and fully completing and submitting the form, and accepting these terms, the agreement is established. The employer/participant commits to the entire course and is therefore obligated to pay the full course fee. De Jong & Laan may set admission requirements for the employer/participant.

Cancellation

Should the employer/participant cancel up to seven working days before the course begins, they may, in consultation, be offered a place in another course group if one is available.

Should the employer/participant cancel up to three working days before the start of the course, the employer may, in consultation, designate a replacement participant, provided that this individual meets the admission requirements set by de Jong & Laan. Registration is personal.

After registration, the employer/participant is obligated to pay the full course fee. This remains applicable even if the participant cannot attend and no replacement is arranged.

De Jong & Laan reserves the right to cancel the course, or part of it, in case of insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. Employers/participants will, of course, be informed in a timely manner. If a course is cancelled at the last minute, the employer/participant cannot claim any costs or damages (in the broadest sense) from de Jong & Laan.

Costs

All prices are excluding VAT.

Payment terms

Before the course begins, the employer/participant will receive an invoice from de Jong & Laan. The invoice must be paid within thirty days of the invoice date.

Acceptance

By registering, the employer/participant confirms to be aware of and to accept de Jong & Laan’s general registration terms and conditions.
