De Jong & Laan has appointed Jeroen Baake and Marco Herder as new board members, in the roles of CFO and Chief Quality Officer/CQO, respectively.

These appointments follow last year's decision to make room for a new board with a broader composition and the right experience to lead a fast-growing, modern partner organisation.
Both new board members have already been vetted for reliability by the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM).
For the first time, de Jong & Laan has considered both internal and external candidates in the selection process to succeed the current board. The full new board is expected to be in place shortly.
The current board (Marco Lokhorst, Roland Ogink and Horst in ’t Veld) will hand over their responsibilities as directors of de Jong & Laan to Jeroen Baake and Marco Herder on 1 July 2024.
